• Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the returned item.
• 101% Money-Back Offer: Applicable only on the first order and limited to one return per customer. Items must be returned with the original box and certificate.
• The additional 1% bonus refund is capped at ₹500.

Conditions:

• Products must be in unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging and certificates.

5. Lifetime Warranty

• We provide a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Repairs or replacements under warranty will be provided free of charge.

Exclusions:

6. Buy-Back & Exchange Program

• Metal: 100% of the metal weight at the prevailing market value.
• Lab-Grown Diamonds: Flat 80% of the purchase price or prevailing market value, whichever is higher.
• Moissanites/Carborundum Stones:
  • Buyback: 50% of the purchase price or prevailing market value, whichever is higher.
  • Exchange: 60% of the purchase price or prevailing market value, whichever is higher.

7. Use of Website

• You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of our website.
• All content, including images, text, and trademarks, is owned by Jindal LB Diamonds and may not be used without explicit permission.
